Structure That Supports, Not Controls

When life has been lived in survival mode, time can feel chaotic or overwhelming. These worksheets are designed to help you gently rebuild daily structure in a way that supports emotional safety, clarity, and energy—not pressure or perfection. This is not about productivity or doing more.
It’s about creating rhythms that help your nervous system settle and your identity stabilize.

List of Self-regulation Skills to add to Sce

Most important thing I can do is to be self-regulated throughout the day! Shutdown, fleeing, avoiding, freezing, fawning, fighting are all signs of deregulation. Let’s self-regulate as this is our responsibility. 

Begin incorporating your regulation skills into daily life—morning, evening, and throughout the day. Try choosing a different practice each day to build your personal toolbox of calming skills. Over time, you’ll discover which ones resonate most and can weave them into your regular routine.

With consistency, your body will gradually condition itself into a parasympathetic state of calm and safety, allowing a secure baseline to become your new normal.

Activity: Take 1 new skill each day and evaluate if this is one to keep in your toolbox. If it is, then add it to the 🌿 Daily Integrity & Regulation Routine. 

Goal: Have a 🌿Daily Integrity & Regulation Routine that makes sense to you and follow it every day. If you miss a day, then start the next day without guilt, shame or judgement. Guilt, shame or judgement will be a reason to stop and that is not an option, so remove them from your thoughts. Here are the choices:

Duration: 20+ minutes daily
Purpose: Build body-based safety, emotional regulation, and capacity for secure connection.
